Mr. van der Vant serves as a Florida Receiver in Broward County, Miami-Dade County, and Palm Beach County, and as a Special Commissioner in the United States District Court. He also serves as an Illinois Receiver in Cook County, Lake County, DuPage County, McHenry County, Kendell County, Will County, and Kane County; and as a Special Commissioner in the United States District Court. Mr. van der Vant participated in the sale of approximately 10,000 residential and commercial properties throughout North America for corporations, developers, financial institutions, syndicators, and private individuals. Mr. van der Vant has owned and operated a construction company, a mortgage company, a title insurance company, as well as, a real estate brokerage company with 612 salespeople and annual sales volume of over $1 Billion Dollars. Mr. van der Vant is an affiliated member of the Broward County Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association. He served as the President of the Illinois CCIM Chapter (2005); Vice President of the Illinois CCIM Chapter (2004); Treasurer of the Illinois CCIM Chapter (2003); Board Member and Director of the Illinois CCIM Chapter (2000 – 2008); Board Member and Director of the Chicago Association of Realtors (2002 – 2004); Chairman of the International Committee of the Chicago Association of Realtors (2003); and, Vice Chairman of the International Committee of the Chicago Association of Realtors (2002). Mr. van der Vant completed training at The World Bank Headquarters in Washington, DC. and participated in organization of the secondary mortgage market in Poland as a consultant to and a liaison between Polish Department of Housing and Fannie Mea (2002 – 2004).  In 2010 Arthur was indoctrinated into the Realtor's Hall of Fame by the National Association of Realtors RPAC (Golden R). Arthur earned multiple real estate industry designations and certifications, such as: CCIM, CAI, AARE, PRI, CNE, CIPS, CRB, CRS, GRI, ABR, RECS, SRES, and ePRO.
